Individual Counseling

For many issues, one-on-one therapy works best. We offer 45-minute sessions completely online, which is a great option for when you're out living your best life but still need to stay grounded. This also provides the ability to reach those who typically would not feel brave enough to see someone face-to-face. Our clients are adults who struggle with feeling like they are "other" - that they are different than the general population, whether it's because they identify as queer, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, kinky, BIPOC, or part of a non-Christian religion.

Self-pay rate is $125/session. We also accept Aetna, UnitedHealthcare,  and Optum benefits at this time, with Cigna in the works. If you have another insurance, with out-of-network (OON) benefits, we can provide you with a "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company after paying the self-pay rate, for partial reimbursement, based on your insurance's OON benefits. 

Gender-Affirming Letter Access​
We signed a pledge with GALAP to provide free assessment and letters to adults in Florida seeking out a therapist solely for the purpose of obtaining a letter for gender-affirming surgery. Although the GALAP registry is no longer active, we still provide this service for non-minors in Florida.
